Thanksgiving Food Drive: Continuing our St. Joe’s tradition, the annual Thanksgiving Food Drive is officially starting!
On Wednesday and Thursday, after Thanksgiving, we will be collecting food and toiletry items outside the front door of the school to help fill the pantry shelves of the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Oak Ridges. During these challenging times, food insecurity is a real concern for many neighbours in our area. Highly needed food items such as canned meat, pasta sauce, Kraft dinner, peanut butter, coffee/tea and cereal are especially requested.
Families are encouraged to visit our school entrance and place a bag of food and/or personal hygiene items in the collection boxes. Please ensure that you maintain physical distancing to ensure your personal well-being.
