Chocolate Fundraiser
St. Joseph Catholic School Council’s chocolate fundraiser was so successful last year that we are doing it again! This year, our goal is to raise funds to enhance initiatives at St. Joseph, including upgrading the school’s Promethean boards for the classrooms, $10/student arts and crafts allowance, library enhancements, and supporting the many goals of our school administration. Catholic School Council 2024-2025
Consider joining the Catholic School Council for the 2024-2025 school year. You may join our council or wish to volunteer for various events, projects, and initiatives. CSC organizes daily hot lunches, clubs, staff appreciation, Shrove Tuesday pancake breakfast, school fundraisers, school dance/holiday decorating, and our end-of-the-year BBQ.

2024 Lenten Mass
On March 21, 2024 the York Catholic District School Board celebrated the third annual board-wide Lenten Mass of Renewal and Reconciliation. Livestreamed to the board’s 50,000 students, the Mass featured the talented students of St Edward Catholic Elementary School and St Brother Andre Catholic High School, in Markham, who performed the music and helped with the readings.
