Students in Grades 4-6 will participate in a virtual workshop called Empowering Young Minds. The students will learn options for evidence-based coping skills such as Unplug/Unwind, Grounding, Thought-Countering, Gratitude and Positive Affirmations so they can choose which fit best with their moods.
