Our Shrove Tuesday pancake treat was a great success thanks to our Catholic School Council, the MacKay family, and the support of businesses in the community. Catholic School Council organized the supplies and prepared the pancakes and oranges and set up the gym for this event. The MacKay family donated and cooked the sausages. Pancake mix and syrup was donated by the Aurora Superstore. Joe and Val’s No Frills in Aurora donated fresh oranges.
Aurora Metro donated a gift card to be used toward the purchase of other items for Shrove Tuesday. What a great way to celebrate Mardi Gras! The staff and students are so appreciative of the support of all who made the day special!
