Luke 4:18 Thanksgiving Food Drive / Turkey Run: St. Joseph Aurora CES will once again be partnering with the Aurora Food Pantry to assist families in need during this season of gratitude for all of God’s blessings. September 30 is Orange Shirt/ Clothes Day! On the first National Day of Truth and Reconciliation we are asking that all students wear orange to school on this day. Orange Shirt Day (September 30th) is a day when we honour the Indigenous children who were sent away to residential schools in Canada and learn more about the history of those schools. September 20-24 at St. Joseph is Terry Fox Week! Classes will be walking around Confederation Park throughout the week during their gym classes and for Daily Physical Activity. A pink walking permission form was sent home for parents to sign and return.
